TRADE TONES
The day-trading
style of trading requires traders to be on alert almost every second.
It is difficult
to pay a close attention to the market all the time especially when you need to
do simultaneously many-many things.
On other side, the market roar lets you know an opportunity.
The background noise of the crowd can be very useful: when the market gets
busy, the crowd gets louder. This lets you know when you need to pay close
attention to the market.
The Squawk-Box
of the Pit is a very good thing but is not available to all of us and pretty
expensive.
The Trade Tones software is the Virtual Pit
of the market! It is designed to help you to recognize market’s activity even
if you are out of your trading desk. It tells you using extendable sound library
what size of single transaction is and more important what action is: Buy or
Sell. The frequency of trades will tell you about traders’ activities, and you
will be able to differentiate by less sound or more. The program can track any
tradable instruments: Stocks, Futures or Options.
It may track
transactions in two ways:
1) based
on Bid/Ask
2) based
on Up/Down Ticks.
You can choose
any appropriate sound from our library or you can add your own one.
Further more, you
will have a graphic equalizer – it is kind of visualization of all market
activities. At any given time you may come back to your trading desk and review
the history of tick trades by looking at the graphic equalizer.
Also, you will
have color-coded Time & Sale window which will help you quickly recognize
where transaction has occurred: on the Bid, on the Ask, between the Bid-Ask or
out of the Bid-Ask.
And finally,
you will have some trading statistics:

Important:
The current
version of the Trade Tones
application supports only Interactive
Brokers (IB) Data Feed. In order to have the application working, you must have
an opened trading account with InteractiveBrokers.com.

Feeds will be added as soon as we receive enough users’ requests.
